This is a very good card, but it's not seen played often. Perhaps lower the cost or add an extra effect to it?
There are many more cards that allow swapping (or even discarding) between your's and opponent's hand, and they are much cheaper and of lower rarity than this. Although this one has the advantage of targeting and being a Durable, it's still too expensive.
