What's the deal here? "#Beast cards in game".

Does this count all Beast cards in all hands and on the table? Only on the table? Only in hands?

It sums all the beast cards in your and enemy hand.

Of course, you know that I have a Beast/Frenzy deck and play with it a lot because I like how fast and furious it is. So, I think I know what I'm talking about.
Wolf Raiders is, hands down, the best Beast/Frenzy card in game. Why? Let's see.
Possible attack: 24 from full Beast hand (2,67 attack/cost ratio), 9 from Frenzy (33 total, 3,67 ratio), 5 from Beast token (38 total, 4,22 ratio) and (not a common thing, of course) 24 from enemy's full Beast hand (62 total, 6,88 ratio). Only Beast Mistress (27 attack max, 5.4 attack/cost ratio) is somewhere near Wolf Raiders, but a) it's a rare, b) its damage is significantly lower.
Possible stock gain: 8 from full Beast hand, 8 from enemy's full Beast hand. Oh, and you STILL can do 14 damage from keyword and token, which is better than Griffin.
This card is the main reason why Beastmaster is too risky. You don't want to use Beastmaster for hand replacing when you know that you'll probably get 50+ counterattack immediately. Or enemy will get 13-16 stock.
I have 2 suggestions about Wolf raiders. First: make it rare. Second: make N = #Beasts in hand, not in game. And even then it will remain one of the best Beast/Frenzy cards.

Maybe it should sum horde too? otherwise it's a deadweight

I think it should have either the Horde or Barbarian keyword and add the same to the attack or stock computation.

I agree. Without token attack it seems a little bit weak.
