I think this card might be worded incorrectly...
It's already a Swift card (which gives an extra production) then it says Production x2. So with this wording, it would give production x3 (1 for Swift then 2 for the card effect), right?

Nope. Quick = prod x0. Swift = prod x1. Time warp = "Swift, prod x1, time warp-effect, prod x2" = prod x2. Just like getting Alliance-tokens without further prod-X. "end of turn, prod x1, Alliance-effect, prod x2" = prod x2

Just to check if you understood the system:

Are these statements true or false?

Quick + Production x2 = Swift + Production x1
Quick + Production x3 = Swift + Production x2

I asked the exact same question in this forum about 4 month ago ^^

And the answer is: they are false because quick card causes you to have production x0 and it doesn't matter how much production will you multiple with zero, it's still zero ;-)

Yeah, I wasn't thinking multiplication, only addition. :)
