definitely essential Far sight card :)
i don't want to strictly transfer mechanism of card just from its name, but IMO
explorers outcome should be derived from what he finds in opponents hand:
Stock: +(N + 2M), N = #uncommons in opponents hand, M = #rares in opponents hand
just my suggestion
but i like this concept a lot
