While this is properly balanced for a Rare that will likely signal the end of the match, the defending player may have to sit through another 15 ineffective turns before the death blow is dealt, and that doesn't make for a fun game. But then, if the defending player is using a purely offensive deck, this build crippling may not factor at all. I'm not sure what to think, really. Good thing there's a surrender button.

My point is that waiting a couple of turns for gg isnt that bad compared to brigand decks especialy if they lower one or more facilitys to 1 and are usually very slow at delivering the death blow

No, for a building deck, this card could be exactly like that. I disagree with the suggestion that it's "not as bad." The only difference is that this causes the same degree of tedious misery for only a couple specific deck strategies.

That's true, but counting on a specific Rare showing up without special summoning is a losing gamble.
