Is it possible to refund gold for items purchased so the gold can be spent on decks and game slots?

No, it's not possible currently. I believe the interface is clear enough to prevent unwanted purchases. Gold is pretty easy to get, so we aren't considering the implementation of refunds.

how do i even buy game and deck slots?
