I have high hopes for Drake, as a character from the old franchise. And further hope he was captured well~
As some of you ought to know him, do you have objections?

Drake the Archon, Rare 20/20/20
Mage. Legend. Runic. Banish.
Attack: 25
Enemy wall: -20
Wall: +7
Discards a Legend from opponent's hand and summons selected card

I'm unclear. Are you selecting a card from the opponent's hand to summon? Is that occurring separately from the Legend discard? Or are you selecting a Legend in the opponent's hand to discard as well as summoning it? If so, does it still summon the selected card when not a Legend?

The wording just needs to be tweaked a little for clarity, but I can't suggest how to change it without knowing the intended effect.

Hmm. Perhaps

Discard a Legend from opponent's hand and Summons selected card in hand

Is more clear. The intent is to summon a card of choice from your own hand.
Edit: Ah, the 'and' was added to shorten the card description by a line. Edited~ Apologies for the confusion caused.

Well,there are two possibilities given.

from:

Drake the Archon, Rare 20/20/20
Mage. Legend. Runic. Banish.
Attack: 25
Enemy wall: -20
Wall: +7
Discards a Legend from opponent's hand and summons selected card

to either:

Drake the Archon, Rare 20/20/20
Mage. Legend. Runic. Banish.
Attack: 25
Enemy wall: -20
Wall: +7
Discards a random Legend from opponent's hand
Summons selected card

or:

Drake the Archon, Rare 20/20/20
Mage. Legend. Runic. Banish.
Attack: 25
Enemy wall: -20
Wall: +7
Discards selected card from opponent's hand, if its a legend, and summons its matching card

Either way, you will need to stress the wording to make the card effect clear.

On the other hand, the card's effects are quite random. There are around 5 different effects on the card. I would remove atleast the "Wall +7", since the effect is so small that it doesn't make sense to keep it on a rare with this cost, gamplay wise.

Edit:
Oh,is saw that the change on the wording is already made, which was the frist possibility, nevermind this.

Each effect is to represent a feat he has done in the course of his story. And, a reference to his often voiced complaint he'd done more for the war effort, in extent and variety, than the entirety of the army. His character revolves around how resourceful he is, the number of effects is intentional. Take away any, and he isn't Drake the Archon anymore.

In the release for Windows, he fended off attackers to a village, otherwise protected by a rotten wooden fence, and, later, an under-equipped militia, by himself 5 times, and both releases have shown he can hold a chokepoint on the defensive to his wish. On the grounds to recognize what he can do, the better course would be to raise the Wall+ effect in accordance.
