Enemy wall is 0, but normal recruits production. Why?

It's fixed now. The problem was in the negative values. If you lower opponent's wall below zero the game limits are applied after the card effect, so during the card effect wall can actually reach negative values. The fix itself makes the card effect use zero instead of negative wall values.
