Does anyone even use this card? I never see it...

If not, I propose we modify it:
Replaces random non-rare non-Undead in hand with non-common Undead. Discard matching card in enemy's hand.

I've seen it used. More often it's in Brigand decks that use mild Undead synergy, rather than straight up Undead decks.

This is another card that should replace the word "gains" with "suffers" since the effect is entirely a negative change.

And I don't have it in my Undead deck. Too many good Uncommon choices to give space to one that doesn't deal damage or restore stock/defenses.

I would just say that we leave it as it is, although the modified idea is good, maybe we can create a new card out of it. I see it, like dindon said, most time in brigand decks, because it does not got more synergies with brigands than with the undead.
but on the other hand, compared to other facility decreaser, you have no really control about which facility is going to be decreased, because the lowering of the highest facility is most time a minor damage, because the other player have cards to increase this facility again. I would just say that we buff it like this:

Cost: 7 gems

Player(s) with fewest Undead in hand suffers
Highest facility: -1
Stock: -3 / -2
(i would say -3, but this is a thing of the perspective)

This would even more increase the synergie with brigand decks
