Huh. I probably WOULD take this into my Unliving deck. Playing this rather than a Common Unliving when the counter is at 0 to gain 10 tower and possibly put Runic to work, so long as the hand hasn't grown stale. Alternately, employing it for building when I do have a hand of Commons.

What interests me most is that you could use this effectively in a deck with no Unliving cards at all so long as you set the token counter. Taking Runic into account, it might prove excellent even when the counter isn't set seeing as it's rather inexpensive. Maybe too inexpensive.

I guess its cost in bricks should be higher, because it's pretty much better than Tower of Babylon in its current form.

It currently has very little disadvantage compared to ToB. But I think that's more a case of buffing ToB than nerfing this card. ToB, as it is right now, isn't particularly powerful, and I rarely encounter anyone using it.
It definitely lost power when Long Mode was introduced.

Despite that, ToB is 4th rare played latest, and 12th played overall. And this concept has better tower/cost ratio, the same cost for building decks (5R isn't crucial for it) and Runic keyword which is potentially additional +10 wall or tower. Or both.

In comparison to ToB, I found this card more powerfull. Althought i would appreciate a buff on ToB, i have to say that the cost is for the ratio not balanced.
Increased cost to 8/14

Edit: here i give the raw numbers to this card:

If condition is met:
Tower: +25
Cost-ratio: 1,14
With runic: Tower: +35 & Wall: +10
Cost-ratio: 2,05

If condition is not met:
Tower: +10
Cost-ratio: 0,45
With runic: Tower: +20 & Wall +10
Cost-ratio: 1,36

Althought now i find it weak for its purpose in unliving decks, since i wanted it to be a compesation the tokens with a hand of common unliving cards, its purpose for building decks, in which both types its main use lies.

I don't know if i should raise its bricks costs, which would make it compareable with Manufactory, which is against this superior in my oppinion.
Any thoughts?
Edit: Changed unconditional tower gain to +15 (New ratio: 0,68 With Runic: 1,59)

Edit to the card: increae the token gain by 5, so that unliving deck can play thi to fuel the keyword with 6 unliving cards instead of 7 before
