This card is under-used and should be buffed a little. I think it shouldn't allow your opponent to draw rares. It would then be discarding commons (which is generally a good thing) with the chance of getting your opponent uncommons (which are generally better than commons).

Also, giving this the Horde keyword would make sense - similar to Goblin regiment.

I thought about Horde keyword too, but it might not have a good synergy with rest of the Horde because it would discard all Palisade from enemy hand.

Well they still wouldn't be able to draw rares from it and it would be like the Giant is crashing down the walls. In fact, that gives me an idea for a concept...
