And I just played Earth Elemental in an already-running game without looking at its change, reducing my Quarry instead of the intended effect of reducing the opponent's bricks.

It definitely still affects games in progress. Sigh.

Yes, all cards are effected in the moment of update. It would require non-trivial version system to handle such feature, which we currently don't have :(

Okay. Here is the list of changes I don't like.
Werewolf. If I want a common Beast with high attack - I take Centaur tribe. If I want a common Beast with defense - I take Warhound. If I want both - I take Petrified minotaur. 8R cost with no return is HUGE for a common Beast.
Angry mob. Now I'll definitely take it over Urk's tribe. Especially with some facilities+ cards in deck. It's kinda too strong for rush and facilities+ decks.
Divine guidance. In fact, it's called "power creep". Every single common wall that exists now is either more expensive or more situational. Or just plain worse. Yes, it was by no means the worst Restoration in game, but now... By the way, stop buffing Restoration, please. It's already almost OP with this cardset, and last thing it needs is defensive cards like Guardian spirit or this one.
Call of the wilds. Yes, it's still can be useful in Beast decks, so I can live with nerf like this... but production x0? Come on, Beasts need every single recruit, they can't allow themselves to lose a turn. It is an overkill for this card.
Necropolis. WHYYYYY?! It was one of the best hand replacers! That new effect... meh. 30 bricks cost would be enough to buff it.
Globe of Myr - I just don't like it at all.

What I really like:
Chaos dwarf. Finally this card became effective again!.. but, I guess, it needs to be renamed - Chaos gargoyle and Chaos wizard are completely different right now.
Fire fox. I guess, this one is not useless from now on.
Suzaku. That's really fair.
Horde as a whole.

Not the best changes overall, but not the worst either.

i do not think production 0 is a drawback for such a powerful card

but divine guidance surprised me, yeah. I had it in some of my ongoing games prior to changes :)

Beasts still don't have Vampire countess, Crypt, Crypt sentry, Emissary of afterlife and resource returning from token keyword.

It's still only a draft, so it can change. Changing Durable to Persistent is a buff and that needs to be balanced. Although removing far sight without any other changes may be too much.
