Edit to the card: Halved the cost to make the card more playable.

If the card would make enemy lose resources equal to played card instead of stock then it would be OK now the card is too strong imagine losing 40 stock from a uncommon card

Oh, thats a mistake. It should make the opponent loose recources equal to the cost. Thanks for pointing this out.

Edit to the card: Changed the loss in stock to a recource loss equal to the card cost.
