In that replay, during Round 36 (turn 38 of 41), you can see that I have 3 magic and 3 dungeon facilities. The next turn, I play Frost Unicorn. I had 2 Legend and 1 Mage in my hand, so the second ability triggered: If #Legend in hand > 1 and #Mage in hand > 0 Gems: +20 Magic: +1

However, if you look at my facilities, you'll notice that both my Magic and Dungeon increased by 1 (and I gained the respective 4 gems and 4 recruits).

Without even looking at the replay, I can tell you what happened. In addition to the card text, you triggered the Legend effect and increased one of your facilities by one. In your case, you gained an extra Dungeon.

Good god, so many things going on in the game now... seriously, this game used to be super, super simple ;-P
