I like this card, but no-one uses it because the cost is too high. I suggest making it something like 5/5.

I use it in my deck(s), but I agree that it's not very commonly seen (unless drawn by Revolt)

I do not see any change needed for it though.

The picture for this card isn't very good... might I suggest this?

Based on the link text alone, it's probably fairly safe to assume that that's a copyrighted image from the online game Guildwars. Not that it's a bad image, but, well, you know.

It doesn't look very good after resized to 80x60, but thanks for suggestion ;-)

Dark templar, UC, 0/10/0
Discard all cards with cost below 10 (opponent can't draw rare cards)
Stock: +N
N = #discarded cards (max 10)

It's too much for a single card. It's basically an uncommon version of Evolution with self-paying.
Cards with cost below 10 are usually commons, so you can get rid of your commons with a chance to draw a rare and get 8-10 stock for this to play this rare.
In its current form this card can be (and MUST be) used in every single non-gem-based deck. You easily can earn Assassin reward with Orc regiment, War elephant or Pyramids using Dark templar.
I suggest to reduce stock gain to 5.

This card is unique in it's mechanic. I've picked it up to play against halfling zero build deck, and i love it for that purpose. Also it has it's downsides, and also it does not always get full 10 stock.

1. Maybe it should not discard rare cards.

2. Or it should not discard at all. Just give stock based on cards with cost < 10. Of course in that case it would be cheaper (~5-6 gems?)

I use this one a lot and I think, aside from not drawing rares it shouldn't draw itself too.
