Would this be really overpowered if it were zero-cost? It needs a buff of some kind.

I say 20G, enemy facilities -1.

Right now some facility increasing/decreasing cards need a retool. This is one of them.

i'd price -1facility a little bit higher than that. Reason?
loosing one facility from 3 -> 2 has a much bigger impact on the game than gaining one 3 -> 4.
but thats just me, i might be biased by thinking desolation decks brings boring games.

I prefer to keep it in the nature of the card that it 'hits' both sides. The player of the card is most likely more build for it, justifying some costs.
But I agree it's to expensive now.

Let's rise it's cost to 14 gems, shall we?
It's easy summonable and it cripples the game.
A game with both players at 1/1/1 in wich all you can do is discarding card is not funny at all.
It's not a bother for me, but I'm thinking at all the new players that join arcomage and find themselves versus a plague dec; obviously they will quit even before the game is ended

Ok, I'm having three long, non-funny games against plague decks.
I think I'm gonna surrender in all of these (and upcoming games like these) until plague deck is nerfed.
And if I just surrender in a game probably other people will quit with arcomage at all. we should pay attention also at staff like this if we want to increase the player's comunity.

10-11g cost would be enough, I guess.

I'd reduced its cost to 5-6 and changed it to:

highest facility: -1
opponent's highest facility: -1

It's not plague that's OP but latest additions to 0-cost cards that shifted balance to these kind of decks. For example Orc engineer, +17 tower for 0-cost is too much.

yeah, I agree, I used this thread because that kind of deck is shaped around plague.
I actually like orc engineer and overseer, but in this kind of deck are abused. they both should be reworked giving wall/tower based on number of quarry (if quarry=1 they should give the minimum defense.
also death profet must be reworked adding at least another common to his summoning list and making it productionx0. or also changing its cost.
