That's probably the only card that take benefits from the eliminations of quick commons, I'll try it in some decks.

Great and fun concept, but it seems a bit underpowered.
Here's full list of cards that can be summoned with Globe:
- Quick: Fairy dragon, Last hope, Pegasus, Poison frog, Salvation, Vampire lord, Veteran militia, Whirlwind.
- Swift: Angel, Arthoria, Dark pegasus, Duplication, Elementalist, Evolution, Fairy, Knight of time, Lord of time, Moonlight unicorn, Red mage, Sorceress, Thor, Time warp, Wind witch.
(Commons: 1, Uncommons: 14, Rares: 8)

First of all, Globe is rare that will most likely summon an uncommon. It has some synergy with Mage/Legend decks, but it's unreliable, because Globe can summon something absolutely unneeded, like Last hope, Fairy or Evolution that is the most counter-synergetic card for Globe.
But I am not asking for reliability or higher chances to summon a rare. I'd like to see something different.
My idea: add Quick, but make it work only if not New to prevent mass hand replacing and raise cost to 5/5/5. Probably, it also should not be able to summon itself in that case.
It would be played like this:
Turn 1: Globe - summoned card - any other card.
Turn 2: any other card.
Turn 3: Globe - summoned card - any other card.
Or this:
Turn 1: Globe - any other card.
Turn 2: summoned card - Globe - any other card.
Turn 3: summoned card - Globe - any other card.

What do you think?

I don't know if making this, or anything, a Quick Durable is really a good idea. Arthoria and Lord of Time get away with Swift/Durable since chaining them, if you are able, will legitimately end the match. Reworking this with a workaround to discourage chaining isn't enough, even if you do increase the cost.

Players could use this to artificially decrease their stock to enable other card conditions such as to use Prince of thieves or Tubular bells, or to defend against cards that deal damage based on your resources such as Implosion. These are just off the top of my head -- I feel that looking at the existing cards, I'd be able to find some non-Rare examples as well. Colonialism comes to mind, should the cost of this one remain low.

I just don't think we should open that can of worms. This card could use a buff, sure, but I wouldn't make it Quick without removing the Durable, and I don't think we should do that to it, either.

On first thought, I don't actually mind those situations. They're not that tedious, and planning around them or exploiting them doesn't seem like it would give you any huge advantage. I mean, if you just want to burn resources, you'll probably be better off playing the cards that Myr summons you rather than constantly playing Myr back-to-back since they can at least build your tower, damage your opponent, lower his resources, raise your facilities, etc.

I would be more scared of a durable quick zero cost card, or a durable swift that doesn't quickly lead to a victory condition.

I believe that the card is still a bit too weak because the loss of the production is just too much for the summoning of a expensive swift card.
Because of this, i would recommend to make it a rebirth card with the cost of 6 gems.
This would make this card at least a serious threat and would fit better to the Myr-theme, since the lore of Myr is the manipulation of time and on the one hand, with this card you loose a turn and gain one, what makes a netto of 0 win in time, on the other hand the Myr theme was always in conjunction with mages.
Edit: Or at least make the production loss depending on the amount of mages in your hand, this would do it also...
