I like the tool. The animation is pretty cool as well. I would like to ask though, if it's possible to combine the statistics with the deck-builder. I.e. allow the deck builder to show a tooltip above each card that shows how often a card is used/discarded/drawn etc. That way someone could construct decks that utilize cards that few people use for whatever reasons, which could prove quite potent. Or they could devise their deck to better counter other specific decks (for example one who will take up a Holy deck, could see what kind of cards Undead decks usually use and design his deck accordingly). That could open up the way for more game diversity

Interesting idea, however the current system was not designed to do that, so I'll have to analyze it a bit more ;-)

Now I would like more feedback on the new deck editor on these topic:

- is single clicking ok for moving cards? It's more comfortable than double clicks, but it's more vulnerable to misclicks

- there is no animation when hovering over card in card pool. Do we need some animation, or it would prove only distracting? If not what kind of animation would you like (my first idea was to let the card slide down a little, but it would also slide down the whole deck in some situations)?

- card pool scrolling pace is currently 3/4 of current card pool width. Is it too little, too much or do you find it just right?

- animation speed - should it be faster or slower or do you find it just right?

Thanks for feedback ;-)

I really like the new deck builder. I think single-clicking is perfect, and feels very natural.

I can't say much about the scrolling behaviour, since I just use the scroll bar as before (since I usually know what I'm looking for).

I don't think we need an animation for when a card is moused over.

The other elements (single click, 3/4 scroll movement) all felt comfortable and intuitive when I used it. (Well, actually, the auto-scrolling was surprising at times when I was reaching for the scrollbar to drag it and hovered up too high, but the amount it scrolls when you do scroll it that way felt right.)

Single clicking is ok. It might be 'fun' to drag the card. (Or useless, I dunno ;-))

I'd go for something (semi)functional.
When hovering over a card: Enlarge it by 5% or so.

Scrolling pace and / or animation speed...
One of these feels too big to me. Probably animation speed. What I have in mind might be slightly different from the implemented idea though:
When I'm scrolling through the cards I'm usually looking for idea's. Actually seeing the cards pass by does this, but the animation does it to fast (and you have to re-trigger the animation).
When I'm not scrolling, I already know what I want and the filters bring me to the card(s) I want fast enough (usually even without a scrollbar at all)

The deck builder works very good for me. I'd love to have a mouuseover animation (highlight) for the cards. It would make the application look more 'live'.

Also for the scrolling part, I agree with Progressor. A more smooth scrolling (scroll cards one by one) would be more useful.

I made the card pool scroll speed much slower. Hit F5 and try it out.
