Perhaps make this an Uncommon and add the Burning keyword to it, so it can not be discarded by Flare Attack

Id like to point out that you can edit your own suggestions.

Gameplay wise Ornlu's point makes sense, but I don't see how a card call Rain can be Burning... bit of a conceptual clash there.

So provided this card happened somehow to be implemented I would be able to use it with wildfire gem for rapid resource generating, wouldn't I?
