why wall -2? the only chance this will damage your opponent, is if you discard brick-costing cards, and that's only when he's not playing with Unliving.
If he's playing Mage, Holy, Soldier, Beast, Barbarian, Undead etc. then the cards he will receive will be from his deck, thus they will be the same thing as the cards you discarded. So the only thing you are doing is damaging yourself.

This card with discard rares and cards from both hands.
So it can (will) be used to change our own cards and to discard some important card from the opponent and if we do not have wall it's very cheap!
With -2 wall worst case scenery will get us -30 ((7+8)*2) wall -3 stock
(with that we could discard an average of 1 or 2 rares,3 uncommons ? )

With -1 wall worst case scenery will get us -15 wall - 3 stock
For this last scenery I think the stock cost should be bigger

IF you have a low wall, IF your opponent has a rare and IF he doesn't draw something as strong as what you discarded. The discard effect is not bad, I like the idea, but the wall penalty is not necessary because you are already taking a risk with this card. If you want to keep the wall penalty then make this a 0-cost

The -2 wall per discard really doesn't bug me with such cheap mass-discarder.

What would bug me is the ability of my opponent to draw rare, but discarding usually is a desperate measure anyway, so...

Despite comments to the contrary, I still feel wall: -2 is an appropriate drawback, given that this can discard multiple rares in opponent's hand while replacing multiple commons in your own hand, depending on the situation.

Still your opponent can draw rares again. Or he can draw something useful to him. You could discard a dragon and give him another dragon for example. I think increase the stock and force "no rare draw" for opponent. Otherwise this card is more harmful to you than to the opponent.
