A rare that deals 70 damage to the enemy and deals 80 damage to yourself, even if 80 damage is conditional I think it's pretty crippling, in addition with losing 25 G and 25 R. My suggestion is make this card zero cost, or extremely low cost. Perhaps lower the damage inflicted on self.

When it comes to balance, comparison is key:
Devil, costs 5G 5R more, you do 20 less dmg, but in return you destroy 50 enemy stock.

You don't damage yourself.

No other card guarantees 70 damage for 50 resources spread over two facility types. I agree it's not the best rare out there, but getting to 25 of any resource is really not all that hard, and doing 70 damage is pretty extreme. It's a game ender whenever it's played, either as a win to the player or as a way to force a draw.

Yes, it has a terrible drawback. Yes, I only like it enough to put it one of my dozen or so decks. But not every rare card has to be equally good. I'm personally okay with it as is.

Removing the tower/wall restriction on it would fundamentally change the card from it's draw-enforcing ability, and I'd be staunchly opposed to it. Reducing the cost of either gems or recruits would make it better, of course, but I'm okay with it being just an 'average' rare. There are worse rares out there to be worried about.

Look at it this way: It's far better to play Undead Host rather this card, im making a suggestion so that more ppl will use this card. it's a very good card but -30 tower is almost a sure draw!

To assume -30T is always a draw is slightly exaggerated.

I think the power difference between Death pact and Devil is a lil too shocking for just a 5/5 price difference. I think it should get another 5ish amount cheaper.
