I'm not sure if this is a universal problem or not, but I would recommend changing the css coding for the length of the chat box to be "variable," not "fixed." That way people don't have a horizontal scroll bar.

It can be done, but that would cause the chatbox to cover lot of space in case of long chat.

Which isn't a bad thing, since you have to scroll down for the chat box anyway.

I actually had the chance to test this for a short time. Im not sure how, my theory it was shortly after an update and I didn't press F5 jet, but it might have been some silly other technical reason.
I gotta say, it wasn't very inconvenient. ;-)

I think the problem is with the screen resolution. Currently wide screen (16:9 or 16:10) are taking over and MArcomage is still being optimized for normal screen resolutions (4:3). Since I really dislike wide screen (a monitor with 16:9 size with same diagonal as a monitor with 4:3 size, has less space in general), I'm not going to optimize MArcomage layout for wide screen. I am willing to make an alternative layout for wide screen that would be user selectable in the settings section.
