I like this :) perhaps though, better to remove the Mage keyword. In case of Meditation, it will give 25 gems cleanly (the cost will be redeemed due to +8 gems after playing a Mage card) and with the other 2 modes it will give too much recruits and bricks, due to Mage keyword played before again. In my oppinion, remove the Mage keyword to give much more the nature of an uncommon card to this card. Otherwise make it a rare, or perhaps remove the Restoration keyword. With it, it will be more susceptible to appear when playing Druid (who already has a chance of giving Meditation, Conjured bricks and Magical Steel)

I think it's way too expensive. Seems like the sort of card that should cost just 1 or 2 gems.

The point is, that this Card should have the Mage and the Restoration Keyword, since it add to these cards the mage boni mentioned in the card's text and also this Card triggers the Restoration Keyword.
So in fact, it can add 10 to your lowest recource, 10 recources from the Card you have chosen, and the extra 8 recources for the Mage-Bonus. I don't think that this Card should not be a rare, since alchemy for example can trigger, well played, the restoration keyord twice, even if you need an extra round. Probably i have to add a drawback like "replace a random non-common with....".

yeah, maybe an extra drawback effect would be proper, because this card basically eliminates any resource problems one might have with decks that only use up gems, or recruits, or bricks
