I think this is a very cool idea (even if the previous update has soured me a bit on discard cards..). I like it best of all the flood (har har) of new Aqua concepts.

Previously, I might have sad that it was too cheap, but now that common-discarders can't draw rares, I think the price is just fine.

I changed it: now it swap positions of cards instead of discard them

I like the discard better! Drown those unnecessary cards!

I like discard too. the change was made to make it not too powerful.
I changed it back raising the cost
