I wonder if someone has this card in his deck; I don't remember to have never seen it used.
let's give it "illusion" keyword and lower the cost.
anyway it's a good card, maybe it needs only a bit of pubblicity.

I've taken it in some decks, and it's definitely saved my hide a few times. I've seen other people use it too. Still, you're right, it's one of the less used rares. I wouldn't mind seeing it given a wee buff.

I have it in decks as well, though I believe I've only used it to good effect twice. There were many times I wished it had come into my hand, but as a Rare, you simply can't expect it.

Potentially it is a great card bath practicably it is rarely useful.
Like DPsycho said there are lots of times when it would be useful but little times when you actually have it in your hands because of its rarity.
And on top of that it has a high cost of 23 gems and cant help you wherry much if you are in a fix with little resources or if your opponent has low wall as well.
All this makes Wall shift less practical and less desirable then any other last minute rescue cards like Order of the White Lotus, Overlord, Return to the beginning, Two towers ...

In my opinion this card should be changed from a rare card to an uncommon.
