Diversion - discards one random Quick or Swift card from enemy hand (if there is one).

It works in the same way as Skirmish and Banish

Here is a list of cards that can have this keyword (weak cards rarely used):

Goblin, Guard post, Volunteer, Wizard, Troll (not so many as I thought when I begin the list).

I was about to post a new keyword suggestion named diversion.
guess what? someone already proposed it.
guess what? it was me.

small change common quick/swift will be not discraded but replaced with rest.

With this keyword implemented I think that we could take back some quick commons.
