Do you intend for it to attack 22 instead of 10, or for the condition to grant a total of 32 attack? Whichever it is, the text should be reworded to clarify.

"If enemy lowered your resources more than 7: attack 22
Else: Attack 10"

versus

"Attack 10
If enemy lowered your resources more than 7: attack an additional 22"

or (alternately)

"If enemy lowered your resources more than 7: attack 22
Always: attack 10"

I wrote it quickly, the right phrasing is the second one you proposed. now I edit it.

I really like the flavour of this card. Dragons are supposed to be protectors/hoarders of treasure! I approve.

I think you could make it a little bit stronger though.

I think -7 stock is already a very rare thing to happen. Maybe lower the condition to -5?

it's -7 resources, not stock. eg: this card is good against poltergeist

Why did I missed that?
With that, the condition is quite feasable. Nice!
