If this kind of card do not work after quick/swift cards why its "turn" used in the text...shouldn't it be "round" ?

Last round wouldn't technically be correct either. If your opponent plays Mage and then Basic Wall, if you play Spring Wood on your turn, you should get the double stock effect. It's basically just a bug (it should proc if your opponent reduced your stock last turn, no matter if you play a quick or swift card in between). Not an easy one to fix though.

q10 of the FAQ sort of acknowledges this (without using the word "bug" though :P)

Maybe the card(s) should have some mention that the effect is not activated after a swift/quick card

That would require adding text to many, many cards. Some of those cards are already very wordy in that their precise effects require thorough explanation.

As it stands now, this is part of the fundamental working of the game and always has been. It's documented in the manual, and there are no exceptions to the way it's functioning. It is often confusing when people first encounter it, but after that it's remembered. It would be nice if it could be changed, but for the mean time, it is as it is, and adding additional warnings would be inelegant and repetitive.

I think you mean the faq...even so I would like to know how many people read the manual/FAQs in every change :-)
Using HTML ABBR keyword you could have the special meanings have a short description without changing the card official text. That could also be applied to the card keywords / slots

That might not be a bad addition. Adding a clickthrough or mouseover text to keywords to give a brief explanation of their workings.
