It has a kinda something I suppose.
Though I believe Ornitotter is to expensive. Compare it to Heavy infantry. Instead of a conditional swift, it gives choice, and is 4R cheaper.

the current omnitor isnt expensive at all imo, the conditions are easy to reach, so it cost 5 recruits to get a turn of production, play again, and do 4 tower damage. its too good imo

anyway I think the Idea is great... exept the normal production again... that's just to powerful, another turn would be enought since it's also very good to have the option of playing another card afterwards.

Kind of hard to implement... We would have to create a condition parser for keywords :(.
