I think this is a really fun, interesting card, yet I've never seen anyone actually use it. It's just too expensive for the effect and rarity. I would suggest reducing the price significantly. No more than 3/3/3, I'd say. Even as a zero-cost, I'm not sure if I would call it overpowered - it would still be less game-changing than Order of the White Lotus.

this is actually quite a funny card but quite weak, i use it in one of my decks but it's rarely worth using.

My suggestion is to make it swift, then it could get really scary

Used it once, preventing my opponent achieving building victory by Magic academy. I believe I eventually won. It's currently in my Illusion deck, and this is the first deck that uses it, and only drew it like twice so far.

As for making it Swift:
Take a look at Evolution. With this card you don't know what you'll get, so Id say just making it swift would be pity for Evolution.

Well, evolution could probably use a buff too TBH.
