How do they exactly work? 2 Even positions from your and 2 odd from the enemy´s hand in Mode 1 or vice versa?

The order is yours and then theirs, so for Black Market it's even positions from your hand and odd from your opponent's.

"Players switch two cards randomly chosen from
Mode1:
Even and odd
Mode: 2
Odd and even
positions". Cards in hand are numbered 1 to 8 (1 is the leftmost, 8 is the rightmost). In mode 1 two cards are randomly chosen from your cards at even positions (2,4,6 and 8) and two cards are randomly chosen from opponents cards at odd positions (1,3,5 and 7). Players switch (exchange) these cards. Mode 2 works vice versa.

I think such kinds of questions can be eliminated by altering the description slightly:

"Players switch two cards randomly chosen from
Mode1: YOUR Even and ENEMY odd positions
Mode2: YOUR Odd and ENEMY even positions"

By using YOUR / ENEMY, it would be much clearer.
