Valley of the rivers seems for the -1gem bonus compared to the book of magic really too situational and random in its effect to do any good ...i can see that a cost of 1 was considered overpowered but at 11 it has no use and wont boost up ccertain decktypes...compared to other keyword based facilityuppers such as titans head or titans heart orvampire courtess its quite lameeffectwise and even university at its now lowered cost is more attractive(especially since you can choose which facility is raised with u.)....same argument goes with revenge of the fallen... id suggest to drop down their costs to lets say 5-7...

I agree.
For it's cost you can choose another card to avoid the randomness and get better results for your deck. (For the same or less cost)

Agreed. I thought this was going to cost 1 gem? Probably a little low, but 5 is plenty.

For some reason I didn't use the final card costs of these two cards, when I uploaded the data for the update. I fixed this in https://netvor.sk/trac/arcomage/changeset/527. Card costs will be changed from 11 to 6 and from 13 to 7.

Good, it's very well-needed. I just added it without noticing the price had been raised. Never played it, and took it out of my deck as soon as I noticed.
7 gems'll make it playable.
