and there is also a card named cultists. plus, this card is too powerful to be common (in my opinion), but I like the idea.

A cap on the attack wouldn't harm.

Just a few spelling points:

"You loose 15%" should be "You lose 15%"

"max gems loose: 20" should be either "max gem loss: 20" or "max gems lost: 20"
