I don't get the flavor. Are dwarves anti-brigand somehow?

just kidding.
I think that there is need of some anti-brigand cards and the bonus production I've proposed in this card is perfect with the alliance keyword.
anyway feel free to suggest a different name/keyord/imagine for this concept.

I really like that card and I think the idea with the drawfs is logical and creativ.
It also seems well balanced.
