I had it cost 5/5/5 first but Scepter of summoning always gives you a rare card and even one from your deck so I reduced it's cost to zero.

"The next card will be any card" perhaps rephrase it so that people will actually pick it in their decks and don't think it'll be a useless card :P
Sundancer on 19:52, 8. Feb, 2010
At first I phrased it "random" card but random did'nt sound so impressiv :p but it's true ... you may at 33,3% also get a common card that is maybe useless :p
Lord Ornlu on 01:15, 9. Feb, 2010
true, make it costing 1/1/1 and make it a 50/50 chance of getting an uncommon or rare
Sundancer on 13:27, 9. Feb, 2010
why ?

the reason it's zero cost now it that you may waste a slot in your deck and 1 turn to get a common card that's useless but you also have a higher chance of drawing a rare.... hmm I make it quick to make it comparable to Scepter of summoning.
Lord Ornlu on 15:02, 9. Feb, 2010
yeah but narrowing the chances to uncommon and rare, then someone would risk wasting the slot in his/her hand. otherwise i wouldn't choose it. there's just too many useless common cards i could get, and i'd rather give the card slot to a more useful card

For every one of my decks, there were always more Uncommon cards that I wanted to take than I had room for, and not enough Commons and Rares that fit as well as I'd like. I can't see myself sacrificing an Uncommon spot for this.
Sundancer on 15:34, 9. Feb, 2010
hmm I allways have enough fitting rares.. but not enough fitting commons... just as you say.

commons are most of the ime just a burden, they seem quite random and don't really fit in most of my strategies we really need more common cards!

I changes Destiny to uncommon/rare

With the latest changes, this is a card that I might actually take. Maybe. I do love a bit of randomness (I love wind, for instance).
