nice idea but in a brigand deck this might be too much of a strong card. -3 is much but -5 is ...whow...
that's my private opinion.

it's an uncommon. true -5 is too much, but there are other brigands that nearly do the same (prince of thieves, thievery etc.)

And using it you will lose a card from your hand, so you probabily don't use it if you have good cards in hand. Anyway I suppose it's good also lowering the stock reduction as you suggested. (edit: lowered from 5 to 4)
