i was playing with crocodile just now and he played this card, which either backfired or was not worded properly. I was supposed to get 1 lowest facility as the card says, but instead i got +1 magic

It was as the card says. You gained 1 to your lowest facility, which was all three equally so Magic was chosen at random.

It works as it should be. What expectations you had on this card?

perhaps change the wording and add a + sign in front of the "1 lowest facility".
I don't have a problem with the card. I understand how it works. It would be easier though for new players and less confusing.

I suppose a + could prevent someone from thinking that it reduces a Facility to be 1, assuming that's where the perceived confusion lay.
