yes, it could be in every deck as prince of thieves, but maybe this is more powerful than the prince.
the "alliance>3" thing could be a good way to limit her, but I was thinking of something like "if alliance tokens are set".
and which part should I limit? the stock bonus, the rare summoning or both?

There could be many "elven princesses" but there is only one "princess of elves".

I like "princess of elves", but "elven princess" it's fine too.

the card is interesting but the picture is not. You can not put a manga image and place it next to the Boris Valeyo or Sorayama.
there's a lot of elven princeses pictures that actually work giving a magical and elven feel of the card.

Princess of the Elves
Sonds a lil better to my ears. (Else it seems like it's made of elves, and then the card should be Undead. XD)
