This should be a Rare for all that it does. A common card that gives a free 3b 0g 3r, and it has the Destruction keyword so it can be chained for the Destruction effect. Without even factoring in the two turns' worth of production that can be knocked off of the opponent, this card is so cheaply useful that it would be in every deck.

If you want it to be a stock reduction counter, have it remove one turn's worth of production and nothing more.

Is with "Enemy Facilitys" the sum of all his facilitys meant? When this would be, then this Card is quite imbalanced, since it reduce the enemy's stock on standart conditions by 18.

I read it to mean the equivalent of two rounds of production, but I suppose it would more clearly be read as "resources" rather than "stock" in this case.

So, did this card get completely reenvisioned or something?

In any case, I think having the damage uncapped is kind of dangerous.

Yeah, I re-modified it. There doesn't seem to be much of a point in retaining concepts that don't get flagged as "Interesting."

My idea is to go against pure tower-attack cards. The 2x modifier can be changed if necessary or other limitations put on it.

Don't be so quick to dismiss the waiting concepts. I don't have much time these days, so I can't analyze all concepts. If it is waiting it doesn't mean it can't be chosen. I usually do one large sweep before each update.
