sol beat me. He could beat me 20 rounds before the end, but we had a massive amount of + facilities and + resources in one hand so we decided to see how far we could stretch it :P

How is that the fastest resource victory possible? Sol got one in 30 turns. And theoretically, it's possible to get one on the first turn, just astronomically unlikely.
