Added if not new to balance the powerfull discard-effekt of this Card.

I actually don't think this card is that powerful. At least, I definitely wouldn't take it. This card, though it obviously has a lot of versatility, lacks the power that other discard cards have that make them so deadly. Cleansing replaces the cards with ones that are totally useless. Elementalist lowers bricks and quarry depending on how many cards are removed. With this card, you have a very good chance of being "out of the cauldron and into the fire", if the cards that your opponent gets to replace the old ones are just as good or better than the ones you discarded.
When choosing a discarder, if I didn't have a specific deck-type in mind to counter (i.e. unliving, undead), I would sooner take mediator or lich, or even tribute.

True point, i didn't thought of the other effekts of the discarding cards. I will find a solution for this.
I made this Card gaining Wall for the number of discarded Cards from the enemys hand

Rather than add to wall, why not have the replaced cards be common?

I dont know. It should only defend for an incomming attack and should not be used to make the enemy hand useless. I think to add wall or to decrease the enemy stock for every discarded card.

I think adding to wall fits well with the card's name.

With today's revision, the text runs very long. I would change:

to:

You might also get rid of the word "cards" at the end altogether and just say "Wall: +5#discarded"
