For the amount of potential damage, and for the fact that most of the cost comes from Bricks, this card is too inexpensive to be Common. Generally, when a resource is used for something other than its usual purpose (such as recruits for building, bricks for attacking, etc.), the cost is much higher than it would be for its typical use, and most cards that function in this way are of higher rarity. The overall effect needs to be greatly reduced.

Also, I don't think someone should be able to knock down the entire wall and deal damage to the tower on turn #1.

I compared the Wall Damage with the one of Bronze Golem. He deals 6 wall damage for 4 bricks, what mean that he deals 1,5 wall damage per brick. So i multiplied it with 10, and got the 15 damage.
I also compare the Attack now with the one of Ogre. 6 Damage/4 Cost=1,5. (Even if i didn't count the banish keyword)
But now i changed to values, because commons, like you said, shouldn't be that strong.
no it`s a bit stronger version of the pertrified minotaur, in which the wall gain was converted in wall damage.

Cards is not only about how much damage/resource you get from them but also a card that can dish out lots damage/turn for its card type has to have a really really poor damage/resource ratio. compare to Stone garagoyle and consider how OP zero cost cards would be with your reasoning.

edit: comparing this to minotaur? minotaurs weeknes lies in that it has serveral medicore effects, 5+wall 5-wall and 5damage. there is currently no common card that doesn't require setting upp somehow with above 10 (11-wall battering ram as exception) damage.

Nah, ok, for a common i weak it by a amount and reduce its recource Cost for it.
And Stone Gargoyle does also deal 12 Damage, so more than 10.
And i didn't think that the multiply minor effeckts of the minotaur are a weakness.
