This is extremely weak. A maximum of 35 damage in the best case, at a cost of 20 recruits PLUS up to 7 of each other resource. This is a really bad conversion rate of resources to attack. I guess the deck-cleaning aspect could be seen as a benefit, but even if you're only discarding beast commons, they're still useful to have around for tokens (and beast support cards). I don't think it's a bad idea though, the cost/benefit just really needs some tweaks though.

Maybe you could also give an additional effect for that amount of resources:
Discard all cards in enemy hand

I think it should just drop the stock loss. If not that, drop the discard.

Even without the discard, I'd say it's exceptionally weak.

Now it reduces enemy stock based on the cards discarded.

Guys.. i do think it was balanced from the start and beast decks are already insanley strong, anyone doubting that throw me a challenge. If there would be a balance tweak for the benefit of the card i think it should be in the cost not the effect as you probably wouldn't care much about what happens once you got it into play

The typical attack valeu is fair (though it's potential is still scary, but that not nescesarily bad), but the stock reduction on top of it... Auch
