I like the idea of an opposite to goblin saboteur. The effect is not quite as strong as saboteur when the conditions are met (they both effect a change of 20 units, but saboteur costs half as much), but I think that's okay since this card's fallback behaviour is better and saboteur is a bit more restrictive. I imagine this could still probably be a bit stronger without being overpowered.

I don't really get the idea behind the naming though. Cauldron? Sort of sounds more like a gems card than a brick one.

Goblin Sab has a cap on 16, but I aim for proposing concepts, not necessarily perfectly balanced. It might need to cost a brick more or so.

As for the naming, what I picture with a cauldron is this:

Hot oil to throw over the wall.
Nothing magical for sure, so I don't get why you wanna use gems. So, since it's made by 'ordinary' resources and increases wall, I chose Bricks.

i like this but i think it should be weaker if the condition is not forfilled, also this makes "stong" common cards kind of weak?, maybe making it so that the attacked have to do more than 12damage and that if he didn't it only builds 5-6 wall?

Ah, I see what you mean. The word "cauldron" is most commonly associated with witchcraft, which is why I was thinking gems. If the card's graphic is clear though, I'm sure it'll be obvious what is meant.

Perhaps calling it "Boiling oil" would convey the proper imagery. As an established part of castle defenses, it certainly fits the theme, and it's good card aside from that. Well done.

@noak
I already made it more expensive then Double wall which does the default of the card.

I put the alternative name in the 'Note'.

my suggested tweak was mainly to make sure cards like fanatics, battering ram and dark warrior would be unaffected , i supose the intention of this card is to recover from a larger number not to earn wall from a medium sized attack? or am i wrong there?

With reading your post I totally mist the "do more than 12damage" part, but with the cards you mention that also sortof makes sense, but only 5/6 wall in the other case for 8 Bricks... As I said, for the pricing on that part I looked to Double wall.

maybe you're right, was looking at Determined defense myself and the fact that goblin is really weak if played without its condition
