Currently, it costs 10 gems and refunds 10 gems and is Durable. I'm worried that someone using it every round (for free and with +5 wall and regular production every time) would trigger the Mage keyword effect repeatedly and gain Magic and gems at a severe rate.

Just compare speed of gems/magic gain with alastor.

Alastor isn't Durable.

Please don't use a name of an already existing card.

I think Magic University already exists as well???

I ctrl-Fed through the cards in the deck editor and didn't find anything. So, unless I did a typo...
