Why would someone WANT this done to them? We already have a card that does this. It's called Danai Present. You use it against your enemy, ostensibly to screw them over. But you have to pay them 10 stock for the privilege! I understand some people like zero cost decks for their synergy with moon shrine and dark flame, but if you have those cards on hand, they're just going to get wiped out by this card anyways...
Edit: Whoops, maybe I misunderstood. Does this apply to your opponent's hand too? Even then, it seems pretty underpowered.
