This is a cool idea. I feel like it could be 2 wall per recruits-only card though, without being overpowered.

i like this, but instead of +2 wall per recruit-only card, as suggested before we could have it add another +1 wall per brick-only card (in addition to the +1 wall per recruit-only card)
