Selected or random? Do you still get the benefit if the card was already revealed (or was never Hidden in the first place)?

Currently we don't support any notification on revealed cards in your hand, so the card effect will not be noticed. The card effect itself is supported.

So it doesn't matter whether the card is allready revealed or not, you get the +stock anyway and if your opponent allready revealed the choosen card, he's just not lucky? :p
I'd like it not to work randomly.

That depends on what you want this card to do. It can be "reveal an unrevealed card" (no effect if already revealed), but it can be done also the way, that it will ignore the fact if it's revealed. I think the first option makes more sense.

You can reveal a card by cheating the system...
Let the Informant discard a card and get the same card in the same position again.
