My only concern is that, if played when you only have a few recruits so the reduction is ineffective, this is a very accessible and inexpensive way to pull a Rare into your hand to trigger the Legend keyword. The recruits reduction is only effective if one assumes that the player is summoning a card with the intent to actually play it as Undead cards are almost all thirsty for recruits. A way to get around abusing it for Legend decks use could be to require another Undead on hand. A player with no Undead in deck could still use this card to pull arbitrary Rares then, but it would take more setup.

I wonder if it shouldn't base the rarity on the card last played or discarded by the opponent rather than just a resource penalty. Given the name, such functionality would make sense.

This is written in the card note (sometimes it's worth reading ;)):

"If not enough recruits, nothing happens, but I think I don't have to longer the card Information anymore..."
DPsycho on 19:21, 14. Nov, 2009
Ah, I generally only look at that for explanation of new keywords. This is the kind of information that needs to be on the card itself, lengthy or not.

I would also like to add, that this card is using picture we already have on Curse card.

oh, I did not recognized that, I just searched a picture and I don't use Curse ^^

The text as it is now is very confusing. Do I understand correctly that it draws an Undead card of the same rarity as the matching opponent card? And that you have to pay 4 stock if it is Uncommon and 13 stock if it is Rare? I don't think people are going to want to pay a total of 41 resources just to draw an expensive Rare (as Undead Rares tend to be).

Im asuming the text should be:

Next card will be an Undead card with the rarity of matching enemy's card (If U, Stock-4, if R, Stock-13)
If not enough Stock, nothing happens.
DPsycho on 15:10, 3. Mar, 2010
Right, but where I'm unclear is whether you have to PAY the stock values for the effect to occur or if you need only HAVE enough stock.
lord Alex on 16:13, 3. Mar, 2010
I didn't mean the normal cost, I meant the bonus cost (stock-).
Progressor on 15:53, 14. Apr, 2010
Even without the +... part: too cheap even for the base damage alone.

Attack: 45 +20N
N=discarded cards (all types) in both turns
Lord Ornlu on 17:53, 14. Apr, 2010
don't forget that this is a rare. It's a good damage/cost ratio
Progressor on 17:54, 14. Apr, 2010
It costed 17G when I made that comment.
