An Elf in a Dwarven army? No way!
Id say Mountain king / Dark forge and a price increase, or just more of the common Dwarves (instead of Elf Enchantress). Also, its rather overpowered in comparison to Mountain of faith, Necropolis and General's army to give it the matching keyword.

Ha ha. Good point. I changed it to Mountain King. I like the low cost because it's basically a defensive maneuver but a solid rare if you can get it. I might drop the Alliance keyword though so it can't be snagged by lower cards (except Scepter of Summoning).
